Request an appointment

Tell me where you're starting from.

Send a short note and I'll come back to you with available times, what the appointment includes and the fee — before you commit to anything.

What the first appointment looks like

Mostly listening. We go through how you eat now, what your week actually looks like, what you've already tried, and what you're not willing to give up. I ask about your schedule, your budget, who else you're cooking for and what you enjoy.

Then we build your first Add List together: three specific additions to meals you already eat, with the reasoning behind each one. You leave with something to do this week — not a list of what to give up.

Appointments happen by video. How often we meet after the first one depends on what you're working on, and we decide it together.

Send a note

A few details and I'll be in touch.

Keep it short — a sentence is plenty. This is a general enquiry form, so please leave clinical details for the appointment itself.

This is where the reply goes.
Dietetic licensure works state by state, so this decides what I can offer you.
A sentence about what you're working on is enough.

Sending this doesn't book a time and doesn't start a professional relationship. I'll reply with availability, what the appointment covers and the fee, and you decide from there.

Start with what you're adding

Renew the way you eat. Renew the way you feel.

Bring the way you already eat. We'll build the first Add List together, and you'll leave the appointment with three things to put on the plate this week — not a list of what to give up.
